Canon PowerShot A10 review
Canon impresses with its new conception, the Canon PowerShot A10 which is a special camera and supposed to set new standards in the market! It was announced in North America on the 11/2/01. The Canon PowerShot A10 will be sold for 400in the United States, no bad for all this technology. The PowerShot A10 gets a maximum resolution of 1280 x 960. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 1024 x 768, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image (w/h) on the Canon PowerShot A10 is set at 4:3, making a camera of 1.2 mega pixels. The sensor on the PowerShot A10 is a CCD which measures only 1/2.7 " using a RGB color filter.
Canon implemented a digital zoom on the PowerShot A10 and included an internal flash being very common in new cameras . The normal focus range between the camera and the object is 76 cm. The minimum shutter speed on the PowerShot A10 was set at 1 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/1500 seconds. The Canon PowerShot A10 includes an internal memory of 8 mb and can be extended with Compact Flash (Type I). The LCD screen available on the PowerShot A10 diagonally measures 1.5 ". USB connectivity to a computer is supported.
