Canon strikes back with its new camera, the Canon PowerShot A560 which is a very special camera and setting new standards in the market! It was unveiled in North America on the 22/2/07. The Canon PowerShot A560 will be sold for 220in North America, a great price for such a camera. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 2592 x 1944, 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 640 x 480. The lens's sensor of the PowerShot A560 is a CCD measuring only 1/2.5 " and uses a RGB color filter. Canon implemented a digital zoom on the PowerShot A560 with an internal flash which is always essential in a camera .
The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 45 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the PowerShot A560 is 15 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this version being a very useful function. The Canon PowerShot A560 has an internal storage space of 16 mb extendable with SD/SDHC card. The LCD implemented in the PowerShot A560 is measuring 2.5 ". A video out plug exists allowing you to watch your favorite pictures on television.
