Casio QV-3500EX review
Casio impresses with its new conception, the Casio QV-3500EX which is an exciting camera and supposed to set new standards in the market! It was presented on the North American market on the 11/2/01. The Casio QV-3500EX has been launched at a price of 900in North America, a very interesting deal. The QV-3500EX offers a maximum resolution of 2048 x 1536. You can also set it at a lower resolution of 1024 x 768. The image ratio on the Casio QV-3500EX is 4:3, making a camera of 3.1 mega pixels. The internal sensor on the QV-3500EX is a CCD of dimensions 1/1.8 " using a RGB color filter.
Casio implemented a digital zoom on the QV-3500EX with an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras . The normal focus range between the camera and the object is 30 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the QV-3500EX is 60 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/1000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported in this model being a very useful function. The Casio QV-3500EX includes an internal memory of 16 mb and can be extended with Compact Flash (Type I or II). The LCD implemented in the QV-3500EX is measuring 1.8 ".
