Casio QV-5700 review
Casio strikes back with its new camera, the Casio QV-5700 which is a very exciting camera and setting new standards in the camera industry! It was shown in the US on the 17/9/02. The QV-5700 gets a maximum resolution of 2560 x 1920. It also supports a lower resolution of 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The image ratio (width / height) on the Casio QV-5700 is set at 4:3, 3:2, for a total of 4.9 mega pixels. The lens's sensor of the QV-5700 is a CCD having for dimensions 1/1.8 " with a RGB color filter. Casio included a digital zoom on the QV-5700 and included an internal flash which is always essential in a camera .
The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 30 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the QV-5700 is 60 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/1000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported in this model which is always a useful function. The Casio QV-5700 camera has an internal storage of 16 mb extendable with Compact Flash (Type I or II). The LCD implemented in the QV-5700 diagonally measures 1.8 ". A video output is available letting you see your pictures on television.
