Casio QV-R51 review
Casio strikes back with its new camera, the Casio QV-R51 which is a great camera and setting new standards in the camera industry! It was shown on the North American market on the 08/1/04. The QV-R51 delivers a maximum resolution of 2560 x 1920. You can also set it at a lower resolution of 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image (w/h) on the Casio QV-R51 has been set at 4:3, 3:2, making a camera of 4.9 mega pixels. The lens's sensor of the QV-R51 is a CCD having for dimensions 1/1.8 " with a RGB color filter. Casio implemented a digital zoom on the QV-R51 and also added an internal flash being very common in new cameras .
The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 60 cm. The minimum shutter speed on the QV-R51 was set at 4 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. Movies are supported on this camera being a very useful function. The Casio QV-R51 camera has an internal storage of 9.7 mb and can be extended with external storage by using SD/MMC card + Internal.
