Fujifilm is back with its new conception, the Fujifilm FinePix 2600 Zoom which is an exciting camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was announced on the North American market on the 23/8/01. The Fujifilm FinePix 2600 Zoom is sold at a price of 250in North America, a very interesting deal. This nice little piece of technology measures 99 x 66 x 53 mm and weights 260 g. The FinePix 2600 Zoom offers a maximum resolution of 1600 x 1200. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image (width / height) on the Fujifilm FinePix 2600 Zoom is set at 4:3, making a camera of 1.9 mega pixels.
The internal sensor on the FinePix 2600 Zoom is a CCD which measures 1/2.7 " and uses a RGB color filter. Fujifilm included a digital zoom on the FinePix 2600 Zoom and included an internal flash being very common in new cameras . The normal focus range between the camera and the object is 80 cm. The min. shutter speed of the FinePix 2600 Zoom is 1/2 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/1000 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this version which is always a useful function.

A USB connection is furnished to connect to a computer.
