Fujifilm arrives this year with its new conception, the Fujifilm FinePix 2800 Zoom which is a very exciting camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was announced on the North American market on the 11/9/01. The Fujifilm FinePix 2800 Zoom will be sold at a retail price of 104in the US, a very fair price. This nice camera measures 95 x 77 x 71 mm and weights 360 g. The FinePix 2800 Zoom delivers a maximum resolution of 1600 x 1200. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image (width / height) on the Fujifilm FinePix 2800 Zoom is set at 4:3, for a total of 1.9 mega pixels.
The sensor on the FinePix 2800 Zoom is a CCD having for dimensions 1/2.7 " and uses a RGB color filter. Fujifilm included a digital zoom on the FinePix 2800 Zoom and included an internal flash which is always essential in a camera . The normal focus range is 80 cm.
