Fujifilm arrives this year with its new model, the Fujifilm FinePix A203 which is a very special camera and setting new standards in the market! It was announced on the North American market on the 01/8/02. The Fujifilm FinePix A203 was initially targeted at a retail price of 280in the US, a great price for such a camera. This nice camera measures 97 x 65 x 36 mm and is weighting only 180 g. The FinePix A203 delivers a maximum resolution of 1600 x 1200. You can also set it at a lower resolution of 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The image ratio (width / height) on the Fujifilm FinePix A203 is set at 4:3, for a total of 1.9 mega pixels.
The internal sensor on the FinePix A203 is a CCD measuring only 1/2.7 " using a RGB color filter. Fujifilm included a digital zoom on the FinePix A203 and also added an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras . The normal focus range is 60 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the FinePix A203 is 1/2 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. Movies are supported on this camera being a very useful function. The Fujifilm FinePix A203 has an internal storage space of 16 mb extendable with xD Picture Card.
