Fujifilm FinePix F440 Zoom review
Fujifilm is back with its new model, the Fujifilm FinePix F440 Zoom which is a special camera and supposed to set new standards in the market! It was unveiled in North America on the 17/6/04. The Fujifilm FinePix F440 Zoom was initially targeted at a retail price of 149in the United States, no bad for all this technology. This nice little piece of technology measures 75 x 62 x 21 mm while weights 180 g. The FinePix F440 Zoom has for maximum resolution 2304 x 1728. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The image ratio (w/h) on the Fujifilm FinePix F440 Zoom is set at 4:3, making a total of 3.9 mega pixels.
The lens's sensor of the FinePix F440 Zoom is a CCD having for dimensions 1/2.5 " using a RGB color filter. Fujifilm added a digital zoom on its FinePix F440 Zoom and included an internal flash being very common in new cameras . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 60 cm. The min. shutter speed of the FinePix F440 Zoom is 2 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. Movies are supported in this version being a very useful function.
The Fujifilm FinePix F440 Zoom includes an internal memory of 16 mb and can be extended with xD Picture Card. The LCD implemented in the FinePix F440 Zoom diagonally measures 2.0 ". There is also a video out output available letting you see your pictures on television. A USB connection is furnished to connect to a computer.
