Fujifilm strikes back with its new model, the Fujifilm FinePix F470 Zoom which is an exciting camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was shown on the North American market on the 04/1/06. The Fujifilm FinePix F470 Zoom will be sold at a retail price of 261in the United States, no bad for all this technology. This nice little piece of technology measures 92 x 58 x 20 mm and has for weight 150 g. The FinePix F470 Zoom delivers a maximum resolution of 2816 x 2112. You can also set it at a lower resolution of 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image on the Fujifilm FinePix F470 Zoom has been set at 4:3, 3:2, for a total of 6.0 mega pixels.
The sensor on the FinePix F470 Zoom is a CCD having for dimensions 1/2.5 " and uses a RGB color filter. Fujifilm included a digital zoom on the FinePix F470 Zoom and also added an internal flash being very common in new cameras . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 70 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the FinePix F470 Zoom was set at 2 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/1500 seconds.
