Fujifilm is back with its new conception, the Fujifilm Finepix S9100 which is a special camera and supposed to set new standards in the market! It was shown on the North American market on the 24/8/06. This nice camera measures 128 x 93 x 129 mm and has for weight 750 g. The Finepix S9100 can be set to a maximum resolution of 3488 x 2616. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 2592 x 1944, 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 640 x 480. The image ratio on the Fujifilm Finepix S9100 has been set at 4:3, 3:2, making a camera of 9.1 mega pixels. The internal sensor on the Finepix S9100 is a CCD having for dimensions 1/1.6 " using a RGB color filter.
Fujifilm included a digital zoom on the Finepix S9100 and also added an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras . The minimum shutter speed on the Finepix S9100 is 30 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/4000 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this version which is always a useful function. The LCD screen of the Finepix S9100 is measuring 2.0 ". There is also a video out output available making it handy to watch pictures on your television. Connection to a computer is available through USB.
