Fujifilm FinePix Z1 review
Fujifilm presents its new model, the Fujifilm FinePix Z1 which is a very special camera and setting new standards in the market! It was shown in North America on the 08/2/05. The Fujifilm FinePix Z1 will be sold for 270in the US, a great price for such a camera. This nice little piece of technology measures 90 x 55 x 19 mm and weights 170 g. The FinePix Z1 can be set to a maximum resolution of 2592 x 1944. It also supports a lower resolution of 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image (width / height) on the Fujifilm FinePix Z1 has been set at 4:3, 3:2, making a total of 5.1 mega pixels.
The sensor of the FinePix Z1 is a CCD having for dimensions 1/2.5 " using a RGB color filter. Fujifilm included a digital zoom on the FinePix Z1 and also added an internal flash being very common in new cameras . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 60 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the FinePix Z1 is 1/4 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/1000 seconds. The movie mode is supported on this camera which is always a useful function. The Fujifilm FinePix Z1 includes an internal memory of 16 mb extendable with xD Picture Card.
The LCD screen of the FinePix Z1 diagonally measures 2.5 ". A video output is available allowing you to watch your favorite pictures on television. USB connectivity to a computer is supported.
