HP Photosmart 715 review
HP arrives this year with its new model, the HP Photosmart 715 which is a great camera and setting new standards in the camera industry! It was presented on the North American market on the 02/10/01. The HP Photosmart 715 has been launched at a price of 350in the US, considered affordable for such a camera. This nice little piece of technology measures 127 x 73 x 64 mm while it weights only 320 g. The Photosmart 715 offers a maximum resolution of 2048 x 1536. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 640 x 480. The image ratio on the HP Photosmart 715 is 4:3, making a total of 3.1 mega pixels.
The internal sensor on the Photosmart 715 is a CCD having for dimensions 1/1.8 " with a RGB color filter. HP included a digital zoom on the Photosmart 715 with an internal flash being very common in new cameras . The normal focus range between the camera and the object is 60 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the Photosmart 715 was set at 2 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/500 seconds. The HP Photosmart 715 has an internal storage space of 16 mb extendable with external storage with Compact Flash.
The LCD implemented in the Photosmart 715 diagonally measures 1.8 ". A USB connection is furnished to connect to a computer. To finish, we think the HP Photosmart 715 is a fantastic camera and we encourage anyone interested in a great camera to buy this great camera.
