HP unveils its new model, the HP Photosmart C912 which is a special camera and setting new standards in the market! It was presented in North America on the 03/2/00. The HP Photosmart C912 will be sold at a retail price of 900in the United States, a very interesting deal. The Photosmart C912 delivers a maximum resolution of 1600 x 1200. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 800 x 600. The ratio of the image on the HP Photosmart C912 is 4:3, for a total of 1.9 mega pixels. The lens's sensor of the Photosmart C912 is a CCD of dimensions 2/3 " and uses a RGB color filter. HP implemented a digital zoom on the Photosmart C912 with an internal flash which is always essential in a camera .
The normal focus range between the camera and the object is 50 cm. The minimum shutter speed on the Photosmart C912 is 4 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/1000 seconds. The HP Photosmart C912 has an internal memory of 16 mb extendable with external storage with Compact Flash. The LCD screen available on the Photosmart C912 is measuring 2.0 ". A video output is available allowing you to watch your pictures on TV.
