HP Photosmart M425 review
HP is back with its new camera, the HP Photosmart M425 which is a very exciting camera and setting new standards in the market! It was presented in North America on the 04/1/06. The HP Photosmart M425 will be sold at a retail price of 143in North America, a great price for such a camera. The Photosmart M425 offers a maximum resolution of 2576 x 1920. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 2080 x 1552. The ratio of the image (w/h) on the HP Photosmart M425 is set at 4:3, for a total of 5.0 mega pixels. The lens's sensor of the Photosmart M425 is a CCD of dimensions 1/2.5 " and uses a RGB color filter.
HP included a digital zoom on the Photosmart M425 with an internal flash which is always essential in a camera . The normal focus range is 50 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the Photosmart M425 is 2 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/1000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported in this model which is always a useful function. The HP Photosmart M425 has an internal memory of 16 mb and can be extended with external storage by using SD card + Internal. The LCD screen available on the Photosmart M425 measures 1.7 ".
