Kodak DC5000 review
Kodak strikes back with its new conception, the Kodak DC5000 which is a great camera and setting new standards in the camera industry! It was unveiled in the US on the 06/6/00. The Kodak DC5000 will be sold for 700in the US, considered affordable for such a camera. The DC5000 delivers a maximum resolution of 1760 x 1168. You can also set it at a lower resolution of 896 x 592. The ratio of the image on the Kodak DC5000 is 3:2, making a camera of 2.0 mega pixels. Kodak added a digital zoom on its DC5000 with an internal flash which is very handy to any cameras nowadays . The normal focus range is 50 cm.
The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the DC5000 is 1/2 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/400 seconds. The Kodak DC5000 camera has an internal storage of 16 mb and can be extended with external storage by using Compact Flash. The LCD implemented in the DC5000 diagonally measures 1.8 ". A video output is available making it handy to watch pictures on your television. A USB connection is furnished to connect to a computer.
