Kodak LS420 review
Kodak launches its new model, the Kodak LS420 which is a very exciting camera and supposed to set new standards in the market! It was presented in North America on the 22/4/02. The Kodak LS420 will be sold for 300in the United States, considered affordable for such a camera. The LS420 delivers a maximum resolution of 1752 x 1168. You can also set it at a lower resolution of 876 x 584. The image ratio (w/h) on the Kodak LS420 is set at 3:2, making a total of 2.0 mega pixels. Kodak implemented a digital zoom on the LS420 and also added an internal flash which is always essential in a camera .
The normal focus range between the camera and the object is 80 cm. The min. shutter speed of the LS420 is 1/2 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/1200 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this version which is always a useful function. The Kodak LS420 has an internal storage space of 8 mb and can be extended with external storage by using SD/MMC card + Internal. The LCD screen of the LS420 measures 1.6 ". A video out plug exists letting you see your pictures on television. A USB connection is furnished to connect to a computer.
