Kyocera Finecam S3L review
Kyocera launches its new conception, the Kyocera Finecam S3L which is a great camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was shown in North America on the 29/9/02. The Finecam S3L gets a maximum resolution of 2048 x 1536. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The image ratio (width / height) on the Kyocera Finecam S3L has been set at 4:3, for a total of 3.2 mega pixels. The sensor on the Finecam S3L is a CCD which measures 1/1.8 " using a RGB color filter. Kyocera added a digital zoom on its Finecam S3L and included an internal flash being very common in new cameras .
The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 55 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the Finecam S3L was set at 1 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. The movie mode is supported on this camera which is always a useful function. The Kyocera Finecam S3L includes an internal memory of 16 mb extendable with SD/MMC card. The LCD implemented in the Finecam S3L diagonally measures 1.6 ". A video output is available letting you see your pictures on television.
Connection to a computer is available through USB. To finish, we think the Kyocera Finecam S3L makes a fantastic camera and we greatly encourage our readers to buy this wonderful camera.
