Kyocera Finecam S3R review
Kyocera is back with its new model, the Kyocera Finecam S3R which is a very exciting camera and setting new standards in the market! It was shown in North America on the 20/11/03. The Finecam S3R has for maximum resolution 2048 x 1536. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image on the Kyocera Finecam S3R is set at 4:3, for a total of 3.2 mega pixels. The lens's sensor of the Finecam S3R is a CCD of dimensions 1/1.8 " with a RGB color filter. Kyocera included a digital zoom on the Finecam S3R and also added an internal flash being very common in new cameras .
The normal focus range is 60 cm. The minimum shutter speed on the Finecam S3R is 1 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported in this model being a very useful function. The Kyocera Finecam S3R includes an internal memory of 16 mb extendable with external storage with SD/MMC card. The LCD screen of the Finecam S3R measures 1.6 ". A video out plug exists letting you see your pictures on television. A USB connection is furnished to connect to a computer.
