Nikon Coolpix 4100 review
Nikon presents its new model, the Nikon Coolpix 4100 which is a very exciting camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was unveiled on the North American market on the 28/5/04. This nice camera measures 88 x 65 x 38 mm and has for weight 190 g. The Coolpix 4100 has for maximum resolution 2288 x 1712. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 1600 x 1200, 1024 x 768, 640 x 480. The image ratio (width / height) on the Nikon Coolpix 4100 is 4:3, making a total of 3.9 mega pixels. The lens's sensor of the Coolpix 4100 is a CCD of dimensions 1/2.5 " with a RGB color filter.
Nikon included a digital zoom on the Coolpix 4100 and also added an internal flash being very common in new cameras . The min. shutter speed of the Coolpix 4100 is 4 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/3000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported in this model which is always a useful function. The Nikon Coolpix 4100 camera has an internal storage of 14.5 mb and can be extended with external storage by using SD/MMC card + Internal. The LCD screen of the Coolpix 4100 measures 1.6 ". There is also a video out output available allowing you to watch your favorite pictures on television.
