Nikon Coolpix 4300 review
Nikon launches its new model, the Nikon Coolpix 4300 which is a great camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was announced in North America on the 29/8/02. The Coolpix 4300 offers a maximum resolution of 2272 x 1704. You can also set it at a lower resolution of 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 1024 x 768, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image (w/h) on the Nikon Coolpix 4300 has been set at 4:3, for a total of 3.9 mega pixels. The sensor of the Coolpix 4300 is a CCD measuring only 1/1.8 " and uses a RGB color filter. Nikon added a digital zoom on its Coolpix 4300 and also added an internal flash which is always essential in a camera .
The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 30 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the Coolpix 4300 was set at 8 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/1000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported in this version which is always a useful function. The Nikon Coolpix 4300 camera has an internal storage of 16 mb and can be extended with external storage by using Compact Flash (Type I only). The LCD screen available on the Coolpix 4300 is measuring 1.5 ".
