Olympus C-3020 Zoom review
Olympus presents its new conception, the Olympus C-3020 Zoom which is an exciting camera and supposed to set new standards in the market! It was presented on the North American market on the 15/10/01. The Olympus C-3020 Zoom will be sold at a retail price of 500in the United States, no bad for all this technology. This nice little piece of technology measures 109 x 66 x 76 mm while weights 380 g. The C-3020 Zoom gets a maximum resolution of 2048 x 1536. It also supports a lower resolution of 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 1024 x 768, 640 x 480. The image ratio (w/h) on the Olympus C-3020 Zoom has been set at 4:3, making a total of 3.1 mega pixels.
The sensor on the C-3020 Zoom is a CCD of dimensions 1/1.8 " using a RGB color filter. Olympus implemented a digital zoom on the C-3020 Zoom and also added an internal flash which is always essential in a camera . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 80 cm. The min. shutter speed of the C-3020 Zoom was set at 16 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/800 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this model being a very useful function. The Olympus C-3020 Zoom camera has an internal storage of 8 mb extendable with external storage with SmartMedia.
The LCD implemented in the C-3020 Zoom measures 1.8 ". Connection to a computer is available through USB. To summarize, we believe the Olympus C-3020 Zoom makes a great camera and we encourage anyone interested in a great camera to consider this great camera.
