Olympus impresses with its new camera, the Olympus Stylus 770 SW which is an exciting camera and setting new standards in the market! It was unveiled on the North American market on the 25/1/07. This nice camera measures 92 x 59 x 21 mm and is weighting only 195 g. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 2560 x 1920, 2304 x 1728, 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 1024 x 768, 640 x 480. The sensor of the Stylus 770 SW is a CCD which measures 1/2.3 " with a RGB color filter. Olympus added a digital zoom on its Stylus 770 SW and included an internal flash which is always essential in a camera .
The normal focus range between the camera and the object is 50 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the Stylus 770 SW is 4 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/2000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported in this version being a very useful function. The Olympus Stylus 770 SW includes an internal memory of 18 mb extendable with xD Picture Card + Internal. The LCD screen available on the Stylus 770 SW diagonally measures 2.5 ". A video output is available allowing you to watch your favorite pictures on television.
