Panasonic strikes back with its new camera, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX33 which is a very exciting camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was unveiled in North America on the 24/7/07. It also supports a lower resolution of 2560 x 1920, 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The sensor of the Lumix DMC-FX33 is a CCD having for dimensions 1/2.5 " having a RGB color filter. Panasonic included a digital zoom on the Lumix DMC-FX33 and included an internal flash which is always essential in a camera . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 50 cm.
The min. shutter speed of the Lumix DMC-FX33 was set at 8 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/2000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported in this model being a very useful function. The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX33 has an internal memory of 27 mb extendable with external storage with SD/MMC/SDHC card + Internal. The LCD screen of the Lumix DMC-FX33 diagonally measures 2.5 ". There is also a video out output available allowing you to watch your pictures on TV. A USB connection is furnished to connect to a computer.
