Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ6 review
Panasonic impresses with its new conception, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ6 which is an exciting camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was shown in the US on the 31/1/07. This nice camera measures 99 x 62 x 33 mm and is weighting only 230 g. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 2560 x 1920, 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The sensor of the Lumix DMC-LZ6 is a CCD measuring only 1/2.5 " with a RGB color filter. Panasonic added a digital zoom on its Lumix DMC-LZ6 and included an internal flash which is very handy to any cameras nowadays .
The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 50 cm. The minimum shutter speed on the Lumix DMC-LZ6 was set at 60 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/2000 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this version being a very useful function. The Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ6 includes an internal memory of 27 mb extendable by using SD/MMC/SDHC card + Internal. The LCD implemented in the Lumix DMC-LZ6 is measuring 2.0 ". There is also a video out output available making it handy to watch pictures on your television. USB connectivity to a computer is supported.
