Pentax Optio 43WR review
Pentax launches its new model, the Pentax Optio 43WR which is an exciting camera and setting new standards in the market! It was announced in North America on the 08/3/04. The Optio 43WR has for maximum resolution 2288 x 1712. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 1600 x 1200, 1024 x 768, 640 x 480. The image ratio on the Pentax Optio 43WR is 4:3, making a total of 3.9 mega pixels. The lens's sensor of the Optio 43WR is a CCD which measures 1/2.7 " and uses a RGB color filter. Pentax included a digital zoom on the Optio 43WR and included an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras .
The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 30 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the Optio 43WR is 2 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported on this camera being a very useful function. The Pentax Optio 43WR includes an internal memory of 16 mb extendable with external storage with SD/MMC card. The LCD screen available on the Optio 43WR measures 1.6 ". A video out plug exists letting you see your pictures on television.
