Pentax Optio A20 review
Pentax launches its new camera, the Pentax Optio A20 which is a great camera and supposed to set new standards in the market! It was presented in North America on the 21/8/06. The Optio A20 offers a maximum resolution of 3648 x 2736. You can also set it at a lower resolution of 3072 x 2736, 2592 x 1944, 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 1024 x 768, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image on the Pentax Optio A20 has been set at 4:3, making a camera of 10.0 mega pixels. The sensor on the Optio A20 is a CCD having for dimensions 1/2.5 " having a RGB color filter. Pentax included a digital zoom on the Optio A20 with an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras .
The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 35 cm. The min. shutter speed of the Optio A20 is 4 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported in this version being a very useful function. The Pentax Optio A20 camera has an internal storage of 22 mb extendable with SD/MMC card + Internal. The LCD screen of the Optio A20 is measuring 2.5 ". There is also a video out output available letting you see your pictures on television.
