Samsung Digimax 430 review
Samsung launches its new model, the Samsung Digimax 430 which is a very exciting camera and setting new standards in the camera industry! It was presented on the North American market on the 12/2/04. This model measures 107 x 55 x 34 mm and has for weight 210 g. The Digimax 430 offers a maximum resolution of 2272 x 1704. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 2048 x 1536, 1620 x 1200, 1024 x 768, 640 x 480. The image ratio on the Samsung Digimax 430 is 4:3, making a camera of 3.9 mega pixels. The internal sensor on the Digimax 430 is a CCD having for dimensions 1/2.5 " with a RGB color filter.
Samsung added a digital zoom on its Digimax 430 with an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras . The normal focus range is 80 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the Digimax 430 is 8 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported in this version which is always a useful function. The Samsung Digimax 430 has an internal memory of 32 mb and can be extended with Memoery stick Duo, SD/MMC card. The LCD screen available on the Digimax 430 diagonally measures 1.5 ".
