Samsung L100 review
Samsung impresses with its new camera, the Samsung L100 which is an exciting camera and supposed to set new standards in the market! It was shown in the US on the 07/1/08. It also supports a lower resolution of 3264 x 2176, 3264 x 1836, 2592 x 1944, 2048 x 1536, 1024 x 768. The internal sensor on the L100 is a CCD having for dimensions 1/2.5 " having a RGB color filter. Samsung added a digital zoom on its L100 with an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 80 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min.
exposition to light) on the L100 was set at 8 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/1500 seconds. Movie clips are also supported in this model which is always a useful function. The Samsung L100 includes an internal memory of 10 mb extendable by using SD/MMC/SDHC card + Internal. The LCD screen available on the L100 diagonally measures 2.5 ". A video out plug exists letting you see your pictures on television. USB connectivity to a computer is supported. To summarize, we think the Samsung L100 makes a great camera and we encourage anyone interested in a great camera to buy this great camera.
