Samsung S730 review
Samsung strikes back with its new conception, the Samsung S730 which is a very special camera and setting new standards in the market! It was shown in the US on the 07/1/07. This model measures 100 x 63 x 26 mm and is weighting only 186 g. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 2592 x 1944, 2240 x 1680, 1024 x 768. The internal sensor on the S730 is a CCD which measures only 1/2.5 " using a RGB color filter. Samsung implemented a digital zoom on the S730 with an internal flash which is very handy to any cameras nowadays . The normal focus range is 80 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min.
exposition to light) on the S730 is 8 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/1500 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this version which is always a useful function. The Samsung S730 includes an internal memory of 16 mb and can be extended with SD/MMC/SDHC card + Internal. The LCD implemented in the S730 is measuring 2.5 ". There is also a video out output available making it handy to watch pictures on your television. USB connectivity to a computer is supported.
