Sony DSC-N1 review
Sony unveils its new model, the Sony DSC-N1 which is a special camera and setting new standards in the camera industry! It was presented in North America on the 03/10/05. The Sony DSC-N1 has been launched at a price of 449in the United States, a great deal. The DSC-N1 can be set to a maximum resolution of 3264 x 2448. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 2592 x 1944, 1280 960, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image on the Sony DSC-N1 is 4:3, 3:2, for a total of 8.0 mega pixels. The sensor of the DSC-N1 is a CCD which measures 1/1.8 " using a RGB color filter. Sony implemented a digital zoom on the DSC-N1 and also added an internal flash which is very handy to any cameras nowadays .
The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 50 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the DSC-N1 was set at 30 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/1000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported in this model being a very useful function. The Sony DSC-N1 camera has an internal storage of 32 mb extendable by using Memory Stick Duo / Pro Duo. The LCD implemented in the DSC-N1 measures 3.0 ".
There is also a video out output available allowing you to watch your pictures on TV. A USB connection is furnished to connect to a computer. To conclude, we really believe that the Sony DSC-N1 makes a great camera and we recommend our readers to buy this wonderful camera.
