Sony DSC-P32 review
Sony strikes back with its new conception, the Sony DSC-P32 which is a special camera and setting new standards in the market! It was unveiled in North America on the 24/2/03. The Sony DSC-P32 was initially targeted at a retail price of 230in the US, a very interesting deal. This nice little piece of technology measures 101 x 58 x 33 mm and weights 217 g. The DSC-P32 offers a maximum resolution of 2048 x 1536. You can also set it at a lower resolution of 1632 x 1224, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image (width / height) on the Sony DSC-P32 is 4:3, 3:2, for a total of 3.1 mega pixels.
The internal sensor on the DSC-P32 is a CCD of dimensions 1/2.7 " and uses a RGB color filter. Sony implemented a digital zoom on the DSC-P32 and included an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras . The normal focus range is 10 cm. The minimum shutter speed on the DSC-P32 was set at 2 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/1000 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this model which is always a useful function. The Sony DSC-P32 camera has an internal storage of 16 mb extendable with Memory Stick / Pro. The LCD screen of the DSC-P32 is measuring 1.6 ".
A video output is available allowing you to watch your favorite pictures on television. Connection to a computer is available through USB. To conclude, we truly think the Sony DSC-P32 makes a fantastic camera and we would encourage you to buy this wonderful camera.
