Sony DSC-T1 review
Sony unveils its new conception, the Sony DSC-T1 which is a great camera and entering with force a very competitive market! It was presented on the North American market on the 22/10/03. The Sony DSC-T1 will be sold at a retail price of 225in the United States, a very fair price. This model measures 91 x 60 x 21 mm while weights 180 g. The DSC-T1 gets a maximum resolution of 2592 x 1944. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 2048 x 1536, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The ratio of the image (width / height) on the Sony DSC-T1 is 4:3, 3:2, making a camera of 5.0 mega pixels. The sensor on the DSC-T1 is a CCD of dimensions 1/2.4 " using a RGB color filter.
Sony included a digital zoom on the DSC-T1 and also added an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 25 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the DSC-T1 is 1 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/1000 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this model which is always a useful function. The Sony DSC-T1 includes an internal memory of 32 mb extendable with Memory Stick Duo / Pro Duo.
The LCD screen available on the DSC-T1 is measuring 2.5 ". A video out plug exists letting you see your pictures on television. USB connectivity to a computer is supported. To conclude, we think the Sony DSC-T1 makes a fantastic camera and we would encourage you to buy this great camera.
