Toshiba PDR-M11 review
Toshiba is back with its new model, the Toshiba PDR-M11 which is a very exciting camera and setting new standards in the market! It was announced in North America on the 05/2/01. The Toshiba PDR-M11 has been launched at a price of 250in North America, no bad for all this technology. This model measures 116 x 69 x 48 mm and has for weight 240 g. The PDR-M11 offers a maximum resolution of 1280 x 960. It also supports a lower resolution of 640 x 480. The image ratio (width / height) on the Toshiba PDR-M11 is 4:3, making a total of 1.2 mega pixels. The lens's sensor of the PDR-M11 is a CCD measuring only 1/2.7 " and uses a RGB color filter.
Toshiba added a digital zoom on its PDR-M11 and also added an internal flash which is always essential in a camera . The normal focus range is 90 cm. The min. shutter speed of the PDR-M11 is 1 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/500 seconds. The Toshiba PDR-M11 has an internal memory of 8 mb and can be extended with SmartMedia. The LCD screen available on the PDR-M11 is measuring 1.8 ". USB connectivity to a computer is supported.
